Building Connection, Recognition, and Preparedness: March Highlights at Lacerta Group

March was a month of engagement, recognition, and preparedness at Lacerta Group.

We began with First Bite Monday, fostering team connection over fresh pastries and coffee. What started as a simple tradition at the beginning of the year has become a meaningful way to strengthen camaraderie across the organization.

In celebration of Women’s Month, we hosted a special gathering to recognize the contributions of women in the workplace. With the support of FTM Group, the event featured insightful discussions, interactive activities, and a great food. We also took the time to honor our March birthday celebrants, reinforcing our culture of appreciation.

Prioritizing safety and preparedness, we conducted an earthquake drill and seminar in collaboration with the Parañaque City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO). Employees gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience to respond effectively in emergency situations.

By strengthening team cohesion, inclusivity, and readiness, we continue to create a workplace that values both personal and professional well-being. We look forward to another month of growth and collaboration at Lacerta Group.
