Starting as an Able Seaman (A/B) in domestic shipping, Roniefel quickly demonstrated his dedication and skills, earning a promotion to 2nd Officer within two months. His hard work and commitment did not go unnoticed, and after only eight months, he was promoted to Chief Officer.
